The CLF Entertainment Industry Youth Leadership Summit is a free program designed to provide an opportunity for underrepresented students interested in non-traditional fields of entertainment.
The YLS Summit will have three production tracks (Film/Television; Music; and Events) and one track devoted to an Introduction of the Entertainment Industry. Our motivated presenters and panelists will discuss topics such as industry innovation, what it takes to succeed, and leading in a crisis.
The TV/Film track will tap into the industry leaders as they share information and advice to the participants on how they were able to navigate the industry, trends to be aware of, pitfalls to avoid, creativity and content, and what they need to do to achieve success.
The music industry is a vast and fast-changing industry that ranges from creative to business. Our panels will discuss the industry from a 360 approach covering topics from labels, management, artist support, touring, creatives, and event teams including, technical and creative positions.
Events can range from a small gathering, meeting to a large conference and festival. It can include designers, digital designs, technology, never seen before décor, and social media moments. In these panels, we will talk about the teams, their leaders, and the pursuit of happiness for the client.
